Welcome!

We often get caught up in others’ expectations, world and societal pressures and end up on a path that doesn't always honor our true desire and goals.

Together, we can switch off auto pilot mode and enable you to feel more like your authentic self and focus on what you really want and need. I truly believe that when you set your intentions in the right direction, you can accomplish anything.

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I bring curiosity, calmness, and real care to every session. Clients often tell me they feel safe, understood, and even laugh during our work together.

My goal is simple: help you find the most authentic version of yourself and give you the tools to live that way every day.

So, what can I offer you? I use a blend of Jungian/analytical psychology, CBT, ACT, Somatic skill building and Mindfulness skills, which looks like:

  • Shadow Work & Parts Integration: We gently explore the parts of you that have been pushed away (like the inner critic, people-pleaser, or rebel) so they no longer control you from the shadows.

  • Archetype Exploration: We identify recurring inner roles or patterns (such as the perfectionist, the caretaker, or the achiever) and learn how to work with them consciously instead of being run by them.

  • Somatic Awareness + Emotional Regulation: We pay attention to what’s happening in your body and use practical skills from CBT, ACT, and somatic work to help you recognize, understand, and manage intense emotions more effectively in the moment.

  • Values + Micro-Action Planning: We connect your deeper values to small, realistic daily actions so change actually sticks instead of fading out.

I also provide free resources including journal prompts, symptom logs, trackers, book recommendations, and other practical tools to support your progress between sessions.
