Independent Contractor Therapist
Welcome, I am so happy you are here!
As a therapist, I am dedicated to providing exceptional care for clients who are experiencing difficulties with a wide variety of mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, and general distress. I specialize in holding trauma informed space for neurodivergent populations and am affirming of all identities and relationship compositions. I provide therapy that encompasses multiple theoretical orientations that are specifically utilized in order to provide the best care for wherever you are today. This framework assists me in delivering services that are rooted in a humanistic, strengths-based approach with elements of existentialism, cognitive behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Another key component of my work is incorporating the life experience of each individual and how this is affected by larger social systems and structures to gain further understanding while centering focus on symptom relief. I engage in compassionate work that is targeted to elevate your life experience and identify where behavior change can open up a new place to thrive.
I look forward to assisting you on your therapeutic journey and creating a space that is uniquely yours!
