“There is a crack in everything. That is how the light gets in.” ― Leonard Cohen

I am a relational therapist that strives to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, validated, and can show up as your authentic self. I believe that no matter what your struggle is, at your core there is an innate wisdom and strength that together we will find the way back to.

Through genuine curiosity of your story and experiences, I empower my clients by tapping into resilience and building upon your strengths. Together we will navigate the challenges that you face to create a road map for healing. While I customize my therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of my clients, my holistic approach is rooted in somatic and mindfulness based practices that will bring you into connection with your mind, body, and spirit.

I am often told by those I work with that I am down to earth and have a good sense of humor. Drawing from my lived experience as a bi-racial person of color I offer culturally responsive counseling to people of color and culturally specific understanding of the Asian American/Pacific Islander populations. I also offer clinical supervision for Clinical Social Work Associates in Oregon.

Having been someone who has benefitted from therapy myself, I understand all too well the courage it takes to ask for support. If you are looking for a therapist who is genuine, warm, but gently direct and will hold you accountable, we will be a good fit! I am deeply committed to earning your trust and would be honored to walk alongside you through the darkness and into the light.

“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field. I’ll meet you there.” ― Rumi
