Licensed Therapist — Children & Adolescents

Counseling Services of Portland is actively seeking to contract with a dedicated Mental Health Therapist who wants to work with children and see a minimum of 10 clients a week, to join our dynamic team. We are a Management Services Organization committed to supporting independent contractors, including LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, PsyDs, and PhDs, in establishing and maintaining their private practices. Our mission is to empower therapists to focus on what they do best—helping clients—while we handle referrals, billing, and administrative tasks.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with one or more of the following populations:
Children ages 2-13
Couples and families
Individual adults
Licensure: Must be licensed to practice in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD).
Availability: Willingness to work in-person with clients who prefer face-to-face sessions.
Compensation:
Salary range: $50,000 - $170,000 per year
