Adults, Couples (18-65)

Hello, I’m Callee, and I bring over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of adults in various settings, including residential facilities, inpatient psychiatric hospitals,  outpatient services, and now in private practice.

My purpose is to create a supportive environment where individuals, couples, and families feel heard and validated. I am passionate about helping those who seek to explore the challenging interaction patterns that can hinder feelings of safety and  connection. My goal is to empower clients to reclaim their lives and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

In our work together, I will encourage you to embrace both accountability and  vulnerability. Rather than diving straight into the heart of your challenges, I will equip you with tools and walk alongside you on your journey. I believe that the most profound  insights are often those you uncover gradually and on your own terms. Recognizing your ability—and responsibility—to shape your own life is the key to unlocking meaningful change.

I am fully certified in EMDR and utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including  cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, somatic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and attachment-based therapy. Additionally, I have completed Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method for couples therapy, which is an evidence-based approach to improving relationships. My expertise extends to the perinatal population, where I address the unique mental health needs associated with pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. This includes providing support for individuals experiencing pregnancy loss, grief, infertility, and the challenges of having a child in the NICU. I am dedicated to offering compassionate support during these  profoundly impactful experiences, helping clients navigate their emotions and fostering  resilience in the face of adversity.

I deeply appreciate the human experience and value diversity, honoring individuals of all gender expressions, sexual orientations, relationship models, races, cultures, religions, ages, sizes, and abilities. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your  journey toward personal growth.
