“You are allowed to feel messed up and inside out. It doesn’t mean you are defective or less than. It means you are beautifully human.” — David Mitchell
Have you lost hope that life could ever feel peaceful and sweet and joy filled again? Do you have dreams that you have stopped believing for your life? Do you feel stuck in a rut with repetitive overthinking and don’t know how to begin to live life in a new and healthier way?
Sometimes family systems and circumstances beyond your control can leave you feeling that words spoken in anger and out of trauma are true. What if you found yourself healed and woke up one day feeling precious worth and value? How would you live your life differently if this were true (Spoiler alert… IT IS TRUE) Let’s rewrite your story and process things that don’t belong over you anymore. It’s never too late to begin to live life fully again. Let’s partner in walking through hard and find new tools to make life a lot sweeter for you. It is such a brave yet vulnerable thing to ask for help when what you have been trying no longer works and the journey has been so, so hard. . It would be my privilege to help learn new tools, unpack things that don’t need to be believed or carried anymore and see you become more of who you truly are.
“When we own our stories, we get to write a brave new ending.” — Brene Brown
I have been a trauma RN with a MSW most of my career in the fields of Trauma ICU, mobile crisis work and sudden trauma/violence/sex trafficking victims. I am an adoptive mom and the journey was quite a journey (beautiful and difficult and wild intermixed). I specialise in adult women. I wish to help others in a compassionate and supportive way.
Outside of work I love a lot of different activities: anything artsy, music, mountains, waterfalls, concerts, kayaking, orange cats that never behave, good food, trying new things, travel, aurora borealis/falling stars, hammocks and hiking to name a few.
