Independent Contractor Therapist, Supervisor

As a humanist at heart, I believe that all individuals have the capacity to heal, change, and grow. Life is not always easy. There are times when we are faced with the unexpected and thrown off course from the life that we thought we so carefully planned. And then, there are times when we feel weighed down or overwhelmed by societal and/or family stressors, outdated rules and the conditioning that has caused such disconnection from our own internal wisdom. During these times it is often difficult to find a way out, because we do not always see how that can happen. But it is possible and I would love to support you and guide you back to what feels true to you.

I have been working as a therapist in various settings for over 18 years. My philosophy is rooted in both trauma informed psychology theories and body-centered psychotherapy, as I believe that our bodies are a powerhouse for wisdom and healing. My approach is holistic and flexible. I can draw upon many theories and interventions based on my client’s needs.

My style as a therapist is collaborative and culturally sensitive. I understand everyone is unique and that one size does not fit all when it comes to therapy. I am open minded and will work with you in a way that aligns with your preferences and comfort level.
