“Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.” — Brene Brown
Welcome! Reaching out for support is one of the most vulnerable and courageous things we will ever do. The first step of your healing journey can begin right here, and right now.
I believe that through the power of authenticity, vulnerability, and connection; we have the innate capacity to transform our lives and find the light, no matter how much we feel that darkness has consumed us.
I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach to meet you where you are at and walk alongside you toward your personal goals. I believe that we all struggle at some points in our lives, and during these times it can be difficult to find the self-compassion we need to quiet the voice telling us that we are lost, broken or hopeless. I hope to help you reconnect with that light inside you – to find your strength and your voice – to discover your self-worth and value – to awaken to the truth that you are not “broken” – and to ultimately feel whole again.
What I love most about our journey together is the privilege of hearing your story, and within that story getting to navigate through the depths of your history and experiences to find the foundation of your beliefs, worldview, strengths, and struggles. Gaining this insight into YOU brings power. The power of awareness and acceptance… and thus the power to change the way we think and experience the world moving forward.
My ultimate goal is to provide a safe space for you to find your voice and reconnect with your truth. My clients most often say that they appreciate my nonjudgmental nature, my humor and playful personality, and my unconditional positive regard. I will always strive to show you that I value you as a whole, autonomous, and worthy person. I will respect and honor your personal needs, strengths, and goals. And through my own authenticity and direct feedback within our work together, you will always trust that I will meet you with honesty and integrity; and you will always know that I genuinely care about your well-being and our collaborative journey together.
I appreciate your consideration, and I look forward to partnering with you in healing.
