  • Kaiser

Independent Contractor Therapist

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of clinical experience. I partner with individuals and couples navigating trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, and disconnection, and those seeking deeper self-understanding and more fulfilling relationships. My goal is to provide effective psychotherapy with a strong foundation in clinical expertise and a deep respect for each person’s unique process.

Much of my work centers on the impact of trauma and how it shapes our sense of self, our relationships, and our capacity to feel safe. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-oriented, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in the context of secure and attuned relationships.

I strive to create a space that is safe, inclusive, and grounded in mutual respect; where your strengths are recognized, and your goals are at the center of the process. My style is interactive, supportive, and direct. I offer thoughtful feedback and practical tools while honoring your pace and readiness for change.

I know the first step is hard. So, let’s take it together. I welcome the opportunity to work with you.

Education and Experience

My professional background includes work in diverse clinical settings, including university counseling services, a metropolitan police crisis unit, hospice care, and residential treatment for survivors of interpersonal violence. These roles deepened my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the healing power of connection.
