Adults, Couples (18+)

The wound is the place where the light enters you.” — Rumi

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience in the field of mental health. I partner with individuals and couples navigating trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, and disconnection, and those seeking deeper self-understanding and more fulfilling relationships. My goal is to provide effective psychotherapy with a strong foundation in clinical expertise and a deep respect for each person’s unique process.

My Clinical Focus

Healing happens in connection. I strive to create a space that is safe, inclusive, and grounded in mutual respect; where your strengths are recognized, and your goals are at the center of the process. My style is interactive, supportive, and direct. I offer thoughtful feedback and practical tools while honoring your pace and readiness for change.

I support individuals and couples facing a wide spectrum of concerns, including:

  • Post-traumatic stress and unresolved trauma

  • Grief and complicated loss

  • Depression, anxiety, and emotion dysregulation

  • Relationship conflict, disconnection, and betrayal

  • Identity development, life transitions, and existential questions

Theoretical Approach

I tailor treatment to your specific needs and draw from a range of evidence-based and experiential approaches to support meaningful and lasting growth. These include:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting to process and release trauma stored in the body and nervous system

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples seeking to rebuild trust, foster secure attachment, and deepen emotional intimacy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, Person-Centered, and Psychodynamic frameworks to foster insight, regulation, and long-term change

Education & Experience

My professional background includes work in diverse clinical settings, including university counseling services, a metropolitan police crisis unit, hospice care, and residential treatment for survivors of interpersonal violence. These roles deepened my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the many ways healing can unfold.
